That decision changed the course of my year and allowed me to meet so many wonderful people I wouldn’t have met otherwise.
The community of Coon Rapids is so supportive of the program and they were welcoming to me as I did my best to make a difference there.
The Miss Minnesota Class of 2018 was absolutely lovely! Spending an entire week with them was so much fun.
The State Board and hostesses and volunteers also made that week memorable. Thank you to Paula Preston for taking so many great photos as well.
My Northern Lights Princess, Kaitlyn, made a big impact on me. Besides our fun times on stage and at Crayola Experience, she helped me remember what’s truly important at the end of the day: discipline, determination and courage.
The Miss Coon Rapids Board and volunteers put a lot of work into the program and their titleholders each year. Thank you for all of your time, energy and resources to make this year a memorable one.
My Outstanding Teen, Annika, is an amazing young woman. I can’t wait to watch her continue to grow. The rest of the Kovar family also welcomed me into their family, and for that I’m very grateful.
My family, though we live hundreds of miles apart , is also incredibly supportive. I’m thankful they could watch me compete for the last time, I mean, a second last time, this summer.
All the pageant boyfriends out there know what a tough job that title brings but Tyler handled that job with patience, love, and support.
To the next Miss Coon Rapids: I hope you make your year what you want it to be. Don’t be afraid to try new things and push yourself to be the best version of you.
Thank you for an amazing year!
